This section contains information on how to access Learning and Inclusion's continuous professional development (CPD). CPD and learning and development can be noticed or raised at any time. Appraisal time is a common time for needs to be identified and acted upon. It is important for all individuals who work in, and support, education settings to continually improve their skill base.
Learning and Inclusion offer a wide range of CPD opportunities for leaders, teachers, education support staff and administrative staff. Further details of these, and purchasing options, can be found on our catalogue website. Some specialist CPD, for example in the areas of financial and people management, may be included within a subscription service as well as being available as an ad-hoc or bespoke purchase.
