Apprentices can be new or current employees. They are aged 16 or over and combine working with studying for a work-based qualification - from GCSE's or equivalent up to degree level. You can advertise a job as an apprenticeship and recruit a new employee to undertake it, or you can consider apprenticeships as learning and development opportunities for your existing staff.
