Gender Pay Gap Reporting
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 require schools and trusts with 250+ employees to report on and publish details of their gender pay gaps. For the purposes of the reporting requirements, the act defines employees as those under a contract of employment, a contract of apprenticeship or a contract personally to do work. Agency supply teachers and other agency contracted staff will be included in the reports of the agencies with which they have contracts of employment.
