Changes to IR35 rules

Our October edition of HR Insight referred to the government’s expressed intention to remove the IR35 (off-payroll working) rules from April 2023 in the mini budget. The government has today confirmed that they are reversing this decision and so the current IR35 rules will remain as they are.
