Employment Rights Bill has passed

The Employment Rights Bill has now completed its final stage through parliament and has been passed. This brings into law a whole raft of reforms to workers rights. However, there are many details still to be worked through as a lot of the reforms require essential consultation and secondary legislation before they can be implemented.
