Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2020/21

Every year, employers with more than 250 employees are required to submit a gender pay gap report to the government and publish it on their front facing website. Due to the continued effects of the Coronavirus situation, the Equality and Human Rights Commission have confirmed that enforcement action against employers failing to report their gender pay gap will not start until 5 October 2021.
