Issue with myOracle

An issue has been identified with the Learning section of the myOracle system that is preventing learner records from being updated correctly (e.g. when a course is completed). NCC have taken the decision to suspend access to the Learning section for everyone, including school staff. Access to other areas of the system (i.e. Pay – to view payslips) seems to be unaffected. NCC are working the supplier of the system, and a further update will be provided as soon as we are advised by the support team within NCC.
