New TLR FAQs

The Local Government Employers (LGE) have issued new FAQs on Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payments, following the statutory changes to the pro‑rata arrangements for TLR1 and TLR2 that take effect from 1 September 2026 (and which schools have been able to adopt voluntarily since September 2025). We will include these FAQs as an annex to our HR InSight newsletter, which we expect to publish on InfoSpace on 6 February 2026.
