Period 11 downlaod - Staff Not Set Up

In the recent upgrade to star accounts, rather than show "staff not set-up" against contractual employees, we are now able to assign the staff name to their employee number. The first time they are charged to your cost centre and appear on the download they will be highlighted in bold and listed at the bottom of the report. As this is the first time we have introduced this function, all prior months where staff have not been set-up on a contractual basis will also appear at the bottom of the report. This implies that a charge for that employee has been charged to your cost centre either in period 11, or in a previous month. If you would like to see the prior months charges that relate to the employee, then please refer to the costings report via the staff icon.
