Requesting access to self-service (My HR and Payroll)

There is currently a higher than normal demand for logging into My HR and Payroll (employee self-service on the payroll system). Due to these high volumes the system is having periods of overburden, most notably during working hours. Please read on to find out what you can do where access is problematic.
