Safety News Alert - OSHENS update 5.9.1.2 released

The latest OSHENS update 5.9.1.2 is to be released on: Friday 15th October from 13:30-16:30

This is a minor update in terms of impact to our service and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to update within the above timeframe.
The system will not be down during the entire timeframe but unavailable only whilst the update is implemented.

A message will be posted on OSHENS during the 10-15 min update, so users are aware.

After upgrade if you experience any system issues (bespoke changes may be re-set in update), leave a 30 min window and check again before reporting any issues to the healthandsafety@norfolk.gov.uk inbox if not resolved.

The main difference for OSHENS users will be the initial front screen, once signed in. ‘MY’ boxes will now be positioned to the righthand side of the screen rather than the bottom of screen.
