Following ongoing work that NCC IMT team are undertaking to resolve the server challenges they are experiencing, currently Star and Budget Planner are unavailable.
You may be able to access Budget planner, but the nature of the work that IMT are doing, may mean work is lost, if servers are rolled back. You will also not be able to finanlise budgets, or retrieve any information from Star Accounts.
Unfortunately this isnt an EducationFinance issue, and we are in the hands of the NCC IMT team. When we have confimation that all the issues are resolved we will post an update via this method.
