Supply teacher rates of pay
Pay ranges for teachers are established and reviewed nationally and published in the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD).
Each school or Trust’s pay policy will be written in accordance with the STPCD. Supply teacher rate of pay will be determined by the school or Trust at the point of offering the supply assignment. When you accept the assignment, the agreed rate of pay and other terms and conditions will be provided to you on, or before, your first day, in the form of a statement of terms (SOT). This information will be provided to you via your account on the Norfolk Supply Register at Teacher Booker system.
Where the payroll provider of the school you are undertaking work for is NCC, salaries are paid on the 19th of each month by bank credit. This covers work carried out in the previous calendar month and submitted via a claim form.
Please note that NCC payslips and P60s are only available online; once you have submitted your first claim form you will be sent your new payroll number and information regarding registering for online payslips.
