Welcome to the new InfoSpace
We’ve been working hard to improve system performance, security and the overall user experience. As part of this update, you will need to create a new password the first time you log in.
Don’t worry, your account details and saved information are still in place – you simply need to set a new password to access the updated platform.
Here are the steps you’ll need to go through:
- Check the email address below is correct
- To begin the process, click the RESET PASSWORD button
- Check your mailbox for an email from InfoSpace entitled ‘Reset your HR InfoSpace password’
- Click the link in the email to create a new password
- Login to InfoSpace using your new password
- Enter the 2FA code sent to your email
- Accept the Terms & Conditions of use
- Accept the Privacy Policy and select which alerts you would like to receive
- Start using InfoSpace
Confirm your email address and click the reset password button:
- Check your mailbox for an email from InfoSpace entitled ‘Reset your HR InfoSpace password’
- Click the link in the email to create a new password
- Login to InfoSpace using your new password
- Enter the 2FA code sent to your email
- Accept the Terms & Conditions of use
- Accept the Privacy Policy and select which alerts you would like to receive
- Start using InfoSpace
