This section provides advice regarding staffing adjustments. From time to time, schools and academies need to adjust their staffing levels in order to ensure they operate within their available budget. Through regular review of the budget and staffing, the need for the removal of or changes to posts may be considered necessary. The model staffing adjustment policy and procedure provides a clear framework to enable schools and academies to successfully complete staffing adjustments.
