Using volunteers
When using volunteers to deliver NCC services, it is important there are arrangements in place to safeguard the health and safety of the volunteer and those who might be impacted upon by volunteer activities. Volunteer activities should be covered by risk assessments and information, instruction, training and equipment should be provided as necessary. Further details can be found below.
