General workplace conditions
The environment in which people work can have a significant effect on productivity, morale, health and wellbeing. Individuals react differently to different stimuli (some being extremely sensitive to light, others more sensitive to temperature). NCC encourages user control of the working environment where possible, with support by responsive facilities management for those in corporate office accommodation.
