Bullying and harassment

This section provides advice on how to deal with bullying and harassment situations. All staff have the right to work in an environment which is free from bullying and harassment. Employers must have arrangements in place so that, if instances occur, any allegation of bullying or harassment made in good faith, can be dealt with seriously and confidentially. Employees must be protected against victimisation for making or being involved in a complaint.
