Appraisals for teachers and Headteachers

Performance management for teachers is managed via two procedures, Teacher Appraisal and Teacher Capability.  Any concerns about performance will initially be addressed as part of the appraisal process.  Where any support and guidance offered via the appraisal process has been unsuccessful in improving performance, capability procedure will be applied to address concerns. Model policies, guidance and forms can be found below.
