Where health is affecting an employee’s work, or work is affecting an employee’s health:- - The employee has been absent from work, either short-term or long-term, and the attendance management policy states they should be referred. - The employee has advised they have been diagnosed with a health condition that has an effect, or will have an effect, on their ability to perform their job. - The employee is reporting health problems that they or their manager believe may be related to the job they perform. it has been suggested they are referred by Norfolk Support Line, IPRS, or their GP.
