Lone working
Lone working
Lone working includes a range of activities in Norfolk County Council from making home visits, meeting with potentially aggressive people, driving for business, working from home, using plant and machinery on construction sites and working with dangerous animals. The level of risk involved with these work activities varies considerably. Both the risk of violence and aggression as well as the risk of other personal injury must be considered when working alone e.g. the risk of injury falling from a ladder.
