Premises and work environments

All premises should have a designated premises manager who is responsible for ensuring building related safety issues are properly managed. For corporate offices NPS undertake the overarching role of premise management, but occupying departments must identify a premises manager for the premise to assist NPS in their role. This person is responsible for managing the day to day premise issues and liaising with NPS as necessary. Further details can be found below.
