Requests for flexible working
Under the Children and Families Act 2014 (Flexible Working Regulations) all employees have the right to request flexible working. The purpose of the legislation is to create a structured method for staff to formally request a change in their working pattern enabling them to better manage their caring responsibilities or personal circumstances.
